A nice quiet Sunday evening and I'm browsing through some decor magazines and my condo. My condo is 1200 sq ft which is very comfortable considering what this size would cost in San Francisco, New York, Chicago or any metropolitan city that people gravitate toward. So for my peace of mind, not feeling closed in and my love for home decor and especially color - lets share the many solutions to deal with small living spaces.  More and more people are finding themselves living in spaces of 500 sq. ft. or less. Creativity is ALIVE and doing well!

I'm from San Francisco and I LOVE all that this beautiful city has to offer including small apartments for the sake of living as a true urbanite. I moved back in 2008 after being gone since 1979 - wow! But, I ended up living in Walnut Creek which is about 30 minutes from San Francisco. I did have a great one bedroom apartment, gated and an enclosed parking space for my car. The square footage was around 700 sq. ft. for $1400 a month. Now - due to unforeseen difficulties - including losing my job, I moved back to my condo in central Florida, 1200 sq ft as mentioned above.

Together we can discover tips, resources and solutions along with design inspiration to encourage living small with style. Dedicated to spaces 1000 sq. ft. and under. Thanks for reading :)
